Basic Competition Program
Snowplow through FreeSkate Levels, All Ages
This program introduces skaters to the experience of competition at the beginning levels.
While we encourage some one-on-one attention -- through private coaching -- this program allows skaters to, in a group format, learn a program appropriate to their level set to music, train that program, and perform, with training mates cheering them on, at competitions.

Ballet for SKATERS
A GREAT addition to any SKATER'S TRAINING!
This program is run in conjunction with the HARTFORD CITY BALLET and instructed by former professional ballerinas that have had years of experience with ice skaters and the needs of the skater.

- Injury Prevention
- Improve Overall Athleticism
All Players will Be Tested before & after the program – Testing is the same testing that is done at the college and Pro Level.

On Ice 5:50pm – 6:50pm
Strength & Conditioning 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday
On Ice 9:00am – 10:00am
Strength & Conditioning 10:00am – 11:00am
Total Sessions: 16
